RETURN POLICY

Subject to the conditions set forth below, Pelle Pelle Inc will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fifteen (15) days of the date of the shipment delivery. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment. If not, subject to any legal requirements we will issue you merchandise credit, merchandise credits do not expire.

All sales are final for event & pop-up shop sales.

Pelle Pelle Inc reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in sole discretion.

Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings.

Pelle Pelle reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of 20%. Customers shall also be responsible for shipping charges for the returned product. ALL SALE AND MARKED DOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Customers have 2-3 days to return the goods for a full refund after a return label has been provided. We will honor a 50% refund 15 days later and only 25% refund if items are sent a month after the return label has been provided.

After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether you have a right to do a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case within fifteen (15) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. Please be advised that ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ORDERS FOR BOXERS & SOCKS ARE FINAL SALE.

PP x BB Simon Belts:

All sales are final. Your order is custom-made and handmade to order as placed online or by email and is confirmed prior to production. All cancellations prior to shipping are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items cancelled, after dispatch has been applied are subject to 15% cancellation fee of the item’s value.

If the order arrives damaged or not as confirmed you can request a return authorization (R.A.) number. We will only exchange your return for the correct item. Refunds will not be given.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If an item has a shipping surcharge, shipping surcharges are also not refundable.

Auracles x Pelle Pelle collaboration pre-sale is expected to start shipping on 2/15/2026 and all pre-orders are considered final after 48hrs.
